The above graphic shows balloons at dawn, ready to ascend. Planet Earth is at the dawn of a new age - also ready to ascend.

transformation of consciousness since its emergence."
A Call to Conscious Evolution ~ founded by Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson,

Waking up to remember that you are really a spiritual being.
Remembering that we're all connected - to one another and to all Life.
Ascending to a higher vibration and a higher, more expanded state of awareness.
Living in a state of peace, love, happiness, and freedom from suffering.
The ultimate goal of our soul's journey - aka Enlightenment, Self Realization, Nirvana, Spiritual Awakening, etc.
The next step in your evolution.
Your destiny.
"There's a shift happening in humanity, a shift in consciousness,
happening now because it has to happen now." ~ Eckhart Tolle
Three things you can do to go with the ascension process
1. Meditate daily.
Meditation raises your vibration and expands your consciousness - two essential aspects of the ascension process.
2. Be willing to let go of your old consciousness and move into the new consciousness.
3. Learn how to be in your calm Inner Self while you are doing whatever you do throughout the day.
That includes letting go of your limiting beliefs and your negative emotions, and being willing to learn the lessons inherent in your life situations.
Remember as often as you can to shift your attention back to your Inner Self - your peaceful sanctuary where you are safe from all the stress and craziness.
A Meditation for being in your calm Inner Self
Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
Silently tell yourself that you are not your physical body, and become aware of the reality of that statement.
Tell yourself that you are not your emotions, and become aware of that reality.
Tell yourself that you are not your thoughts, and become aware of that reality.
You are not your body, emotions or thoughts. These are all changeable and impermanent.
The real you is the eternal, unchanging awareness behind your body, emotions and thoughts. It exists at the heart of your being. This is your Inner Self.
No circumstance can disturb the profound peace of your Inner Self.
Take some time to experience your Inner Self - to be in your Inner Self
To help you stay focussed, you can use the mantra "I am." -- "I" as you inhale -- "am" as you exhale. "I am" describes the feeling of "just being."
Continue for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now that you've found your peaceful Inner Self, you can come back to it any time, in sitting meditation or as a "meditation in action." If it's the latter, you don't have to go through all the steps - you can simply breath, repeat the mantra, and there you are.
